We're making it easier to keep data and sites up-to-date in two ways. First, we now have a native way to link scheduled tasks to a site so that you can update the site's data automatically. Previously, you had to create scheduled tasks separately, and it wasn't necessarily easy to keep track of. But now, you can connect sites to a scheduled task, and the sites plugin will also suggest it proactively when it makes sense. Second, bring your own plugin. With this new feature, you can build a site that works with each visitor's own app connectors and data. That means you can create new kinds of apps that have a personalized view for each visitor out of the box without having to set up any third-party integrations. When visitors of the same org access a site, data will be refreshed using their connectors after they've granted the right access. There's many things you could build with this, anything that requires custom views for the apps you already use in your workspace. For example, you could build a team mission control site that lists the team's priorities and shows the PRs that each team member needs to review or the linear tickets assigned to them.
