For any one of our listeners that is starting a business, start with the vision. Dream as high as you can. Go all the way to the stars. Because if you don't shoot for the stars, you're never going to get to the moon. Go far. Then take a deep breath and go back to basics. What do I need to do first? What do I need to do second? What do I need to do third? The secret of life and entrepreneurship is to be able to be in both places at the same time. On the one hand, I'm going to go so far. On the other hand, I'm just starting. So I better roll up my sleeves and get the broom and start brooming. It's both of them. I need to go knock on doors. I need to go meet people. I need to do whatever work needs to be done at the beginning.
